How do I get more gems?: → Check in every day, finish games against the computer (winning gives a bonus), or watch an optional rewarded video. Gems only unlock themes and never affect who wins.
I bought gems but didn't receive them.: → Reopen the game with an internet connection; pending purchases are completed automatically. If they still do not arrive, email us with the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
Why couldn't I capture the mandarin square?: → The "young mandarin" variant (a mandarin square with fewer than 5 stones cannot be captured) may be turned on. It is off by default; change it in Settings → Rule variants. Changes apply from the next game.
When does the game end?: → When both mandarin squares are empty, mandarin and stones alike. Stones left on each side go to that player. Score = stones captured + mandarins × 10 (or × 5, set in Settings).
